Hello, I'm Maureen.

I'm a watercolour and mixed-media artist based in the UK, and I believe art should do more than fill a blank wall. It should fill a room with feeling.

My work spans several styles — because life isn't one-note, and neither is art.

My whimsical cottage and storybook paintings bring a sense of magic and wonder into any space. These are the pieces that make children's eyes go wide, that turn a nursery into an enchanted world, that remind grown-ups it's still okay to believe in something delightful. Soft colours, gentle scenes, a little bit of fairy tale — perfect for little ones' bedrooms, playrooms, or anywhere you want to keep the wonder alive.

My abstract watercolours are for the moments when you need to breathe. Fluid, expressive, and deeply calming — these pieces don't demand to be understood. They simply invite you to feel. To pause. To let your mind wander somewhere quieter.

My pen and wash work blends the precision of ink with the softness of watercolour — a style rooted in tradition but full of warmth. These pieces carry a timeless quality, the kind that feels at home in a cosy sitting room or a sunlit hallway, and only gets more beautiful the longer you live with it.

My acrylics are vibrant and fun. From abstract to whimsy to traditional style, they are painted from the  heart.

I spent years working with women going through reinvention — helping them rediscover confidence, joy, and a sense of self. I know what it means to need something that lifts you. Something that says yes, life is still beautiful.
