These Terms of Service govern your use of maureenchaloner.art and any purchase made through the website.

By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide is accurate.

Products: All original paintings are one-of-a-kind. Colours may vary slightly from screen to screen. Fine art prints are produced to the highest quality but minor variations in colour are possible.

Copyright: All artwork remains the intellectual property of Maureen Chaloner. Purchase of an original or print does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. Reproduction, copying or commercial use of any artwork without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Pricing: All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

Orders: We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Shipping: We aim to dispatch within 3–5 working days. Delivery times vary by destination. Risk passes to the buyer upon delivery.

Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
